ENTRANCE
While our mailing address is 10 Cowan Street, the fan entrance is located one block down, next to the parking deck located at 41 Harnett St. If you type this into your GPS - you'll end up in the right spot!
GATE TIMES
Gates typically open 90 minutes before the ticketed showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings. Gate times are subject to change.
BOX OFFICE
The box office at Live Oak Bank Pavilion is open Fridays from 10am-1pm. We're located downtown Wilmington on Harnett and Nutt St. Please note, if no shows go on sale to the general public on a particular Friday, the box office will remain closed.

PARKING
We do not have parking lots at our venue. You may utilize public street parking or the public parking decks surrounding the venue. We’ve partnered with ParkWhiz to offer easy & reliable parking reservations before the show. Click HERE to learn more.
We recommend using a rideshare service and getting dropped off/picked up at the corner of Harnett and Front Street. For guests needing Accessible parking, we recommend the parking decks in P1 or the accessible drop off area on Harnett St. in front of the venue.

LAWN CHAIRS
Outside lawn chairs are permitted, however, they can be no taller than 9" off the ground. Lawn chairs are available for rent at the venue and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click HERE. Select your show, then choose "Lawn Chair Rental" to purchase the upgrade.
MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket! Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive only carrying cash, head to the Guest Services tent and they’ll exchange cash for a card (for free).
THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear tent next to the lawn chair rental station and the boardwalk.
RECYCLING
Help us reach our zero waste goal! You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue, please discard your waste in the appropriate bin - Compost, Recycling, Landfill. Not sure which bin to use? Ask a sustainability staff member, typically stationed by all waste receptacles in the venue.
